Daha sonra sulu yemekleride ilave ederek 1987 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar bu d\u00fckkanda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya devam etmi\u015ftir. 1987 y\u0131l\u0131nda 1671 sokakda bulunan yeni d\u00fckkan\u0131n\u0131 &#8220;Mustafa Usta&#8221; ismiyle a\u00e7m\u0131\u015f, 1992 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar burada hizmet vermeye devam etmi\u015ftir.<\/p><p>1992 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n sonunda halen faaliyetini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmekte oldu\u011fu Goncalar Mahallesinde ki eski yerine d\u00f6nm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr ve 2002 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 2002 &#8211; 2006 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda kapal\u0131 kalan d\u00fckkan\u0131 2006 y\u0131l\u0131nda o\u011flu &#8220;Birkan Demir&#8217;in&#8221; faaliyete ge\u00e7irmesiyle Mustafa Demir mesle\u011fe geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 2009 y\u0131l\u0131nda &#8220;Mustafa Usta&#8221; ismi tescilli bir marka haline gelmi\u015ftir. 1959 y\u0131l\u0131nda ba\u015flayan ustal\u0131k ve i\u015fletmecilik hayat\u0131na, bu g\u00fcne kadar d\u00f6nemin Kar\u015f\u0131yaka Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 &#8220;Cihan T\u00fcrsen&#8221; taraf\u0131ndan verilen &#8220;ONUR BELGES\u0130&#8221;; yine d\u00f6nemin \u0130LGO ( \u0130zmir Lokantac\u0131lar ve Gazinocular Odas\u0131 ) ba\u015fkan\u0131 &#8220;Adil M\u00fcft\u00fco\u011flu&#8221; taraf\u0131ndan verilen &#8220;ONUR BELGES\u0130&#8221; ve \u0130zmir Gurme Guide dergisi edit\u00f6r\u00fc Ahmet G\u00fczelya\u011fd\u00f6ken taraf\u0131ndan verilen &#8220;T\u00dcRK MUTFA\u011eI&#8221;
